Some of these projects are on turnkey basis where we took projects from preliminary design to final completion of works.

We are able to carry out low cost, efficient construction and meet delivery schedules for occupation on program, through effective utilization of skilled local workers and fully technical teams that improve the productivity of the building process.

Our team of qualified Architects, Engineers and Site managers provided a strong management structure which is flexible and thorough, understanding closely the relationship of design and construction.

This is just one of our pathway designs at one of our projects in Siem Reap. The path curves and has three edges that are sticking out to provide a way out of the path into another area of the building.

This building is a canteen that we have constructed in Siem Reap. As you can see in the picture to the right the building is very well lit and there is also a pathway to the garden and pond .

This is the same building as the picture before except the picture has been taken from another angle. You can also see the benches that we've added to the garden fro the comfort of the students studying in that school and we are planting a tree for the shades that they provide.
This photo is a close up look at the terrazzo benches and a closer look at what the canteen looks at when it is close to dark. The trees aren't fully grown since we just planted them and they haven't had time to grow to their full size.
In this photo there is one dark square shaped area on the photo is actually a wooden blind that we use to block out the sun if it gets too hot during lunch and the students need some shade.

This is the parking area for the student's vehicles such as motorcycles, bicycles and so on. It is a spacious area that could fit up to 150 motorcycles and it also provides shade fro the students vehicles so they won't heat up and break down.

 Rohatt Cafe

Rohatt Cafe ,located on King's Road, Steung Siem Reap, is a new cafe designed with
traditional Cambodian architecture, instead of the modern style we focus on showing off how beautiful the traditional  style can be.

Rohatt in Khmer means "Water Wheel". In the front of our cafe, in the river that runs through Siem Reap there is a water wheel. That water wheel inspired us to give our cafe a unique name that most foreigners and tourists could pronounce.

Unlike other cafe's, we have a variety of food, drinks, and snacks to offer our customers. Rohatt Cafe has a selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Which can be ordered during any moment of the day. Rohatt Cafe isn't just a cafe, it's also a restaurant that serves Khmer food. We have traditional dishes like prohok (fish paste), and a variety of khmer soups such as somlor korkor, somlor machou, etc.

Although the inside of our cafe isn't air conditioned we used cooling methods to keep it cold. There is also an outside area that have tables under large umbrellas. This is a nice area to relax, have a drink, maybe even a light snack.
